The PerfectSit^® is a unique new patent pending product that is the world’s first one-piece custom molded, integral lumbar support and coccyx relief system.

Three years of engineering, design and testing have created a very unique structural geometry that addresses both the s-curve support for the lumbar portion of the spine while sitting, combined with a complete length, imbedded split seat technology feature for less stress & impedance on the coccyx (tailbone). The thermo graphic images indicates that the split seat technology used in the PerfectSit® also provides a natural channel for ventilation demonstrated by the disparity in the temperature range (see FLIR visual on left).

This portable, light (less than 1lb) integral support device can be used on practically any office chair, couch, car or stadium bleacher. The PerfectSit® team has also engineered a very robust “flex support system” feature in this unit so it’s resilient as a standalone seat without any peripheral support needed. This feature makes it perfect for use on your carpet, on grass, sand or even on a yoga mat.

The material selected for the PerfectSit^® is a structural device meant to put you in an optimal sitting position and to train your body to maintain excellent seating posture. To add additional comfort, our designers have included (4) “comfort pads” with a stain resistant fabric covering.

 

Extensive design trials went into the selection of the base thermoplastic, geometry and wall thickness that is used for the PerfectSit product. Our Engineers were tasked to find the optimal combination of strength, rigidity, flexibility and performance for this device.

Our team developed a 1” thick fixture that was equipped to a Shimadzu Autograph AGS-J series 1000lbs tester. As you see in the video, it remained fully intact and without damage through the full range of the test pressure and met our A1 Quality standards.
